Service Description

Ready to take your Canicross training to the next level? Our Advanced 1:1 Coaching Sessions are designed for runners who want to improve technique, build efficiency, and maximise performance with their dog. In this 60-minute session, Lead Coach Jack will work closely with you and your dog to assess your current running style, communication, and overall setup. Through targeted coaching and real-time feedback, you’ll refine your technique, improve movement efficiency, and develop a stronger connection as a team. With a background in competitive athletics, Jack is a UK Athletics-qualified coach who competed in 400m hurdles through to his mid-20s. He brings a performance-driven mindset to Canicross, helping you train smarter, move better, and get the most out of every run. These sessions are tailored to your individual goals—whether that’s improving race performance, building confidence at speed, or simply becoming more efficient and comfortable when running with your dog. You’ll leave each session with clear, practical takeaways that you can apply immediately to your training, helping you continue progressing beyond the session itself. For those looking to take things further, personalised training plans and race preparation support are also available. This allows you to build on what you’ve learned in your sessions and continue developing with structured, goal-focused training. Sessions are available individually at £35 or as a block of 10 for £300. Perfect for runners who want expert guidance, technical improvement, and a more performance-focused approach to Canicross. 🐾
